I’ve realized that everyone I cared about actually sucks. I miss college. I want to be back in college NOW. Things there matter. All my conversations are interesting. Basically the people don’t suck.

I’m going to spend the rest of my time home reading, brushing up on calc and reading.

I can’t discredit home too much. I do enjoy the food and the water. I was saltwater deprived. I had missed the sand too much. I’m beginning to not miss it as much though.

NY you cannot come soon enough.

This is supper ^.^ I really don’t know if this has an official name. From where I come from, we call it Mac&Cheese/Chicken&Peas.

It’s crazy easy to make. Believe it or not, I made it in a microwave. I don’t have a stove-top or oven in my efficency apartment.

AND…get this shit…it’s GLUTEN FREE. I checked the cheese, and it was gluten-free. The only other stuff in it is Gluten Free Pasta, Canned Peas, Velveeta block cheese, Canned Chicken, Butter, Skim Milk, and I salted the water.

I can totally tell you how to make it if anyone is interested. It’s quick and easy. Makes huge a huge portion, cheap, definitely qualifies as comfort food.

-Cheers

Fluffy blueberry coconut pancakes!
I used my favorite coconut pancake recipe. But since I’m dairy-free this month, I used coconut milk! I also added blueberries into the batter, and added warmed blueberries on top! Yum :))
